Case Study - RPA

An RPA provider* wanted to update processes for a large financial institution.  One of these processes required the extraction of key financial parameters from company annual reports.  The final output was to be the key parameters in a .csv file – one row for each company.

 

Zanran was selected for the first stage: extracting tables from the annual reports and exporting them to Excel.  The Zanran AI software was found to be the most accurate.

 

The RPA provider wrote the fuzzy-matching algorithms to identify line items in the Excel versions of the P&L and balance sheet.
